Hey there, pet lovers! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that you’re covered when it comes to cancellations and refunds at our online pet store. Here’s a quick guide to our policy:

Cancellation Policy:

You have the freedom to cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. It’s as easy as reaching out to our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll handle the rest for you. However, once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to process a cancellation.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll quickly arrange for a replacement. In the case of returns for reasons other than damage or defect, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. It’s important to note that items must be in their original condition and packaging for a replacement to be processed.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item. We’ll also keep you informed regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a replacement will automatically be applied to your product within a certain number of days.
